We sure can, just let us know when you order and we can help. Whether that be Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian we can do it all. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as you can

We currently deliver within a 15km radius from our hub, in Heathmont, for a flat fee of $15. If you are outside this radius, please contact us directly and we can work something out. The last thing we want is for you to miss out simply due to location

We currently deliver every day of the week. We cannot guarantee a time frame for delivery though

Absolutely and it is encouraged. We allow for pick-up between 9am and 10am, 7 days a week. We are located in Heathmont

Ideally you would give us at least 48 hours notice. However saying that, if you have an urgent box or table you want made, give us a call and we will do our best to help on short notice

Definitely, and to be honest this is super fun. Whether it is a box filled with your persons favourite snacks, or you have a theme you want covered, maybe you want a box nostalgic with your childhood, or you have an isolation craving for 10 different cheeses, we have you covered.

We completely understand that circumstances change.

When it comes to boxes, if you give us more than 24hours notice, its not an issue. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit 50% of your payment to cover costs. 

When it comes to tables, due to the size, the amount of planning involved and the time blocked out of our calendar for set-up, we do require 7 days notice. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you will forfeit 75% of your payment to cover our time and costs.

Ideally, someone will be home, We will first call all contact numbers you have provided for us. If we cannot reach you or the gift receiver, we unfortunately cannot leave the box out in the open simply because it may spoil or melt. In that case, we will bring it back to our hub, where pick up will have to be arranged or we can re-deliver at another time., within 24hrs, for an additional fee
